Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions (walk-ins & calls)
Prepare quotations and process invoices
Maintain accurate sales and stock records
Coordinate product deliveries
Support branch administration and reporting
Assist in marketing activities and in-store promotions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer-oriented with a warm, outgoing personality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
