JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
Ensure accuracy and completeness of inbound materials before acceptance into the warehouse
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on all incoming shipments
Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly
Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system
Support periodic stock audits and stocktaking activities
Ensure proper storage and organization of received goods
Maintain 6S standards within the receiving and warehouse area
Perform daily and monthly stock checks
Any other duties assigned by management
EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in a busy warehouse, preferably in a receiving role
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of integrity
Team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Self-motivated and organized
