We are looking for a motivated agent to join our team. We shall offer free training to familiarise you with our operations.\u00a0
\nYou will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls and successfully closing sales to achieve the companies sales objectives.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
\n\tGenerate leads through various channels and identify sales opportunities.
\n\tPresent, promote, and sell products\/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
\n\tAchieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe.
\n\tHandle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products\/services.
\n\tMaintain and develop relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
\n\tUpdate customer records accurately in the CRM system.
\n\tAttend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
\n\tCollaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
\n\tProvide feedback on customer needs, interests, and competitor activities.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Certificates in a related field (e.g., Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or similar).
\n\tExcellent \u00a0Communication and interpersonal skills\u00a0
\n\tStrong negotiation & closing skills\u00a0
\n\tSelf-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision
\n\tAbility to multitasking
\n\tWillingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
\n\tStrong organizational & time management skills<\/p>\n
