LED Power Technologies EA K Ltd is seeking 3 qualified Construction Safety Officers to join our team and support safe site operations across our projects in Othaya, Nyeri and Naromoru.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and enforce safety procedures on construction sites.
\n\tConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
\n\tPerform site inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
\n\tGenerate weekly report and follow up on incidents, near misses, and non\u2011compliance.
\n\tEnsure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
\n\tMaintain safety records and support compliance with OSHA 2007 and construction safety regulations.
\n\tCoordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients on safety matters.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, Environmental Health, or related field.
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in construction site supervision or safety operations.
\n\tGood knowledge of Kenyan construction laws and OSHA regulations.
\n\tStrong communication and reporting skills.
\n\tComputer literacy (MS Word & Excel).<\/p>\n
