Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 1.5 year experience as a Sales Agent
\n\tDiploma or Degree in a business-related course
\n\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to meet targets and build client relationships
\n\tSelf-driven and results-oriented<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tMarketing and Meeting with clients interested in taking out a loan and providing them with the necessary information to start the loan application process
\n\tAchieving set disbursement new customer repeat loans and collection target
\n\tCollecting the needed KYC documentation and assessing the clients & credit worthiness as per the business
\n\tCalculating and analyzing the risk ratios of clients based on their credit score and financial history
\n\tLeads collection categorizing and communicating your decision to both clients and management
\n\tSetting up payment plans for clients explaining daily weekly or monthly installments interest rates and other costs
\n\tMaintaining records of loan applications by using core banking system
\n\tManaging repeat & top up clients by organizing follow-up meetings with clients
\n\tMonitoring the progress of the loan repayments installments and relaying any concerns to the clients
\n\tEnsuring that loan applications are in line with the company & SOP\u2019s policies as well as state laws and regulations
\n\tEnsure customers are well trained on the product and any other training that the company would like to offer to the customer
\n\tEnsure all Brisk customer are treated with dignity and all customer feedback either compliment or complaints are recorded
\n\tEnsure personal hygiene of the highest level by being neat and well presentable while conducting any business on or behalf of Brisk.<\/p>\n
