Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead Generation and Sales:\u00a0Actively identify and pursue new clients through fieldwork, referrals, and digital platforms for logbook loans, motorbike financing\/sales, and phone financing\/ sales.
\n\tClient Relationship Management:\u00a0Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
\n\tProduct Expertise & Guidance:\u00a0Develop extensive knowledge of all products and services offered, clearly explaining loan features, terms, and product specifications to customers.
\n\tApplication and Documentation:\u00a0Guide clients through the application process (for loans or purchases), collect and verify necessary documentation, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
\n\tFinancial & Credit Appraisal:\u00a0Conduct initial client or business appraisals and financial assessments to determine eligibility and mitigate risk where necessary.
\n\tTarget Achievement:\u00a0Meet or exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets across all product categories.
\n\tMarket Research:\u00a0Monitor market and competitor activities, providing feedback to management to help develop effective sales tactics and new products or offers.
\n\tReporting:\u00a0Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market feedback.
\n\tAfter-Sales Service:\u00a0Provide excellent after-sales service and support, handling customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\tEducation:\u00a0A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
\n\tExperience:\u00a0Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, microfinance, or motor vehicle\/electronics sales, is an added advantage.
\n\tCommunication:\u00a0Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
\n\tSales & Negotiation:\u00a0Strong selling, negotiation, and client engagement skills with a results-oriented mindset.
\n\tWork Ethic:\u00a0Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tInterpersonal Skills:\u00a0Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build trust and lasting relationships.
\n\tAttention to Detail:\u00a0Meticulous attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and documentation.
