Role Overview\u00a0<\/p>\n
Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for delivering professional, compliant, and strategic HR services across the Group\u2019s portfolio of companies. This pivotal role ensures the effective management of all human resources activities, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with Kenyan labour laws.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
\n\tOversee accurate payroll processing, statutory deductions, and benefits administration.
\n\tDevelop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
\n\tEnsure full compliance with labour regulations and support annual reporting requirements.
\n\tProvide strategic HR advice to senior leadership and coordinate with operational teams.
\n\tManage confidential employee records and support workforce planning.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\u2019s degree or professional certification (CHRP-K or equivalent) preferred.
\n\tMinimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 \u00a0years in a managerial role, ideally within a multi-entity or shared-services environment.
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of Kenyan employment law, payroll systems, and statutory requirements.<\/p>\n
