As an\u00a0Automation Engineer, you will be the operational backbone behind visionary leaders\u2014leveraging your technical expertise, organizational excellence, and proactive mindset to help them reclaim their time and focus on what truly matters.<\/p>\n
Your Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tImplement and maintain efficient digital operations systems for email, calendar, task, and project management.
\n\tCoordinate and optimize daily workflows across productivity tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Trello.
\n\tManage and protect the founder\u2019s time through smart scheduling, inbox management, and proactive communication.
\n\tIntegrate and automate processes using n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Google Workspace automations to streamline repetitive tasks.
\n\tSupport data management and documentation, ensuring organized digital filing systems in Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint.
\n\tConduct market, competitor, and operational research, and create data-driven reports and dashboards.
\n\tOversee CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)\u2014updating pipelines, tracking leads, and ensuring data accuracy.
\n\tAssist with digital marketing operations, such as scheduling posts, managing newsletters, and analyzing campaign performance in Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Canva.
\n\tFacilitate smooth communication and collaboration using Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Calendly.
\n\tSupport internal knowledge management using tools like Notion, Confluence, or Airtable.
\n\tLeverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Fireflies, Reclaim.ai, or Otter.ai) to improve productivity, summarization, and workflow efficiency.
\n\tRegularly evaluate, test, and recommend new technologies to enhance business processes and digital performance.<\/p>\n
What we look for:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent professional experience.
\n\tProven experience as a technical, operations, or executive assistant, ideally within a fast-paced, digital-first or startup environment.
\n\tAdvanced proficiency in:<\/p>\n
\t\tn8n, make (integromat), Windows Power Automate, Google Workspace, Zapier,
\n\t\tFamiliarity with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Otter.ai, Reclaim.ai, Fireflies, etc.).
\n\t\tExcellent English communication skills (C2 level)\u2014both written and verbal.
\n\t\tStrong problem-solving ability, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
\n\t\tAbility to manage multiple priorities with organization, accuracy, and discretion.
\n\t\tHigh Agency \u2014 proactive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
\n\t\tPassion for digital operations, workflow design, and continuous process improvement.<\/p>\n
