Job Overview<\/p>\n
The Territory Trade Marketer \u2013 HPC will be responsible for\u00a0driving in-market execution of trade marketing strategies\u00a0within the assigned territory. The role focuses on strengthening\u00a0product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance, while managing distributors and coordinating field teams to achieve territory growth and execution excellence.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDrive execution of\u00a0HPC brand strategies\u00a0across the assigned territory.
\n\tEnsure optimal\u00a0product availability, in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and promotion compliance\u00a0across general trade outlets.
\n\tManage distributors and coordinate\u00a0field teams of at least 10 staff per territory\u00a0to achieve sales and distribution targets.
\n\tSupport territory ownership initiatives to grow numeric and weighted distribution.
\n\tConduct regular\u00a0market audits, outlet checks, and retail execution reviews.
\n\tMonitor competitor activity and provide timely market intelligence.
\n\tPrepare and submit accurate\u00a0field and performance reports\u00a0to management.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\t2\u20135 years\u2019 experience in\u00a0FMCG field sales or trade marketing, specifically within\u00a0Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC)\u00a0products.
\n\tProven experience managing\u00a0distributors and large field teams.
\n\tStrong understanding of\u00a0general trade execution, merchandising standards, POSM deployment, and promotional compliance.
\n\tDemonstrated track record of\u00a0territory ownership and growth.
\n\tHigh field orientation with the\u00a0ability and willingness to work extensively in the territory.<\/p>\n
