About the Role
\nAs a DevOps Engineer at SunCulture, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between engineering, QA and Tech Operations. Your core responsibility is to automate and optimize the processes required to manage and deploy SunCulture\u2019s technology stack, ensuring reliability, scalability and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, manage releases, and maintain the infrastructure that supports SunCulture\u2019s innovative solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, containerization, and continuous integration\/continuous deployment (CI\/CD) practices.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSystem Establishment:\u00a0Create and maintain quality management systems, metrics, and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
\n\tComprehensive Test Plans:\u00a0Lead the creation and execution of detailed test plans, covering various types of testing including:<\/p>\n
\t\tUnit Testing
\n\t\tAPI Testing
\n\t\tIntegration Testing
\n\t\tSystem Testing
\n\t\tAutomated Regression Testing<\/p>\n
\tFramework Development:\u00a0Spearhead the development, customization, and deployment of reliable and scalable test automation frameworks, integrating automation scripts into CI\/CD pipelines for seamless execution.
\n\tDefect Analysis:\u00a0Work with development teams to perform thorough defect analysis and resolution, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and software reliability.
\n\tExecution of Non-Functional Tests:\u00a0Lead the modeling and execution of non-functional tests, including:<\/p>\n
\t\tPerformance Testing
\n\t\tLoad Testing
\n\t\tStress Testing
\n\t\tSecurity Testing
\n\t\tOperational Acceptance Testing
\n\t\tBusiness Continuity Testing
\n\t\tChaos Engineering<\/p>\n
\tTeam Collaboration:\u00a0Partner with cross-functional teams to review test plans, designs, and test cases, advocating for test-driven development and continuous integration.
\n\tDeployment Assistance:\u00a0Collaborate closely with production and software engineering teams to support solution deployments and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
\n\tEnvironment Maintenance:\u00a0Manage and maintain test environments on both on-premise and cloud platforms, ensuring their availability and readiness for testing activities.
\n\tPolicy Design and Implementation:\u00a0Support in developing and implementing a structured quality management policy, strategy, and methodology to promote a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.<\/p>\n
Does this sound like you?<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
\n\tProfessional certifications such as ISTQB, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent.
\n\tMinimum of 1+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Business Analysis, Software Development, or Quality Assurance.
\n\tStrong technical expertise in software quality assurance, including test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon Studio, JMeter).
\n\tProficiency in Agile methodology, software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
\n\tExperience in DevOps, CI\/CD concepts, and cloud technologies.
\n\tExceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
