Role Summary<\/p>\n
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Assistant Manager \u2013 Merchandise \/ Retail Planning to support retail performance through strong assortment planning, inventory control, and vendor coordination.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport assortment planning and buying across stores
\n\tPlan and monitor inventory levels to optimize availability and sell-through
\n\tAllocate stock store-wise based on sales performance
\n\tTrack daily sales reports and provide performance insights
\n\tSupport and execute visual merchandising standards
\n\tCoordinate with vendors on order placement, delivery schedules, and replenishments
\n\tEnsure timely stock replenishment to maximize store performance<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Fashion, Retail, Merchandising, or related field
\n\tMinimum 5+ years\u2019 experience in merchandise \/ retail planning
\n\tExperience in Sports Footwear, Sports Apparel, Accessories, or Sports Equipment
\n\tStrong analytical, planning, and coordination skills
\n\tGood communication and stakeholder management ability<\/p>\n
