This is a full-time Manager role based on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals, and ensure efficient implementation of company policies. Responsibilities include strategizing business operations, managing teams, providing leadership direction, and monitoring performance metrics to achieve sustained growth. The role also involves fostering productive relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality financial services.
\nQualifications <\/p>\n
\tStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
\n\tProficiency in strategic planning, decision-making, and the ability to drive business operations effectively.
\n\tExperience in financial services, including knowledge of Micro Finance products and services.
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building productive stakeholder relationships.
\n\tAnalytical and problem-solving skills to monitor performance indicators and implement solutions proactively.
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field (Master\u2019s degree is a plus).
\n\tFamiliarity with the Kenyan financial regulatory framework is an advantage.<\/p>\n
