Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees, focusing on Mogo\u2019s products, loan processes, and CRM systems.
\n\tTrain agents and dealers on using Mogo\u2019s mobile app and other relevant software, ensuring they can effectively engage with customers and manage loan applications.
\n\tCreate training materials, including presentations, manuals, and documentation.
\n\tEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve based on feedback.
\n\tWork closely with the Area Sales Manager and other leaders to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.
\n\tMonitor employee performance and provide coaching to ensure proficiency in using Mogo’s systems and processes.
\n\tAssist in the development of onboarding processes for agents, dealers, and other team members.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience as a trainer, preferably in sales or finance.
\n\tExperience in training people on using apps or software is a must.
\n\tStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
\n\tAbility to create effective training materials and courses.
\n\tFamiliarity with mobile apps and CRM systems used in device financing.
\n\tFluency in English and Swahili.<\/p>\n
