Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Program Implementation and Field Execution<\/p>\n
\tSupport day-to-day implementation of programs.
\n\tAssist in designing and executing interventions: from youth trainings and business clinics to exposure visits, coaching frameworks, and partner convenings.
\n\tManage field logistics, maintain implementation trackers, follow up with regional teams, and support quality assurance of deliverables.
\n\tMonitor progress against timelines, budgets, and targets, and flag issues early.<\/p>\n
Research, Analysis, and Strategy Development<\/p>\n
\tConduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., stakeholder interviews, cooperative landscape mapping, MSME diagnostics).
\n\tAnalyze market and field data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
\n\tDraft strategic and technical documents: concept notes, pitch decks, donor reports, and internal memos.
\n\tContribute to solution design, you won\u2019t just support others\u2019 ideas; you\u2019ll shape them.<\/p>\n
Client and Partner Engagement<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate with program partners (e.g., implementing NGOs, SACCOs, private sector actors) to align on priorities and timelines.
\n\tParticipate in external meetings, take minutes, follow up on action items, and occasionally represent the program to donors or institutional partners.
\n\tHelp plan, organize, and deliver stakeholder-facing events.<\/p>\n
Organizational and Operational Support<\/p>\n
\tManage internal workflows: documentation, communications, scheduling, procurement follow-up, and contracting support.
\n\tContribute to building internal knowledge systems and learning tools.
\n\tPitch in wherever needed, whether helping with a MEL framework draft or planning a youth hackathon.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field (Agriculture, Economics, Development, Business, Policy, etc.)
\n\t5-7 years of experience in a role involving program delivery, consulting, research, youth development, or economic inclusion.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to organize complex projects and manage time independently.
\n\tOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tComfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly.<\/p>\n
