Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tWelcome patients and visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries, directions and service information.
\n\tHandle patient concerns, complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
\n\tEnsure patients understand hospital procedures, services and waiting time.
\n\tManage incoming calls, emails and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
\n\tCollect patient feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
\n\tAct as a liaison between patients and hospital departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
\n\tComply with hospital policies, customer care protocols and safety standards.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma \/ Bachelors in Customer Service communication, Public Relations or equivalent related studies
\n\tPrevious experience in customer care or front office services in a hospital or a healthcare setting is an added advantage
\n\tComputer Literate (MS Office and hospital information systems).
\n\tProfessional appearance and positive attitude<\/p>\n
