PLC\u2019s product portfolio. The role provides strategic and operational leadership in sales execution, marketing planning, partnerships and customer relationship management, in line with the Company\u2019s strategic plan and shareholder value objectives.<\/p>\n<p>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n<p>\tSales Strategy &amp; Revenue Growth<\/p>\n<p>\t\tDevelop and implement annual and medium-term business development, sales strategies aligned to the Company\u2019s strategic plan.<br \/>\n\t\tDrive achievement of revenue targets, product uptake and market share growth across all company products and segments.<br \/>\n\t\tIdentify, evaluate, and develop new markets, customer segments and revenue streams.<br \/>\n\t\tDevelop and manage structured sales and business development pipelines, forecasts and performance tracking.<\/p>\n<p>\tSales Leadership &amp; Execution<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLead all sales activities, including prospecting, negotiations and closure of individual, corporate, diaspora and institutional deals.<br \/>\n\t\tEstablish sales targets, incentive structures and performance monitoring mechanisms.<br \/>\n\t\tManage agents, agencies and commission-based sales arrangements.<br \/>\n\t\tEnsure ethical selling practices and compliance with consumer protection and statutory requirements.<br \/>\n\t\tNegotiate and close key institutional and corporate sales.<\/p>\n<p>\tMarketing, Brand management &amp; Communications<\/p>\n<p>\t\tDevelop and execute integrated marketing, branding and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and products uptake.<br \/>\n\t\tOversee product positioning, pricing strategies, promotions and marketing campaigns.<br \/>\n\t\tManage digital marketing, corporate communications, events, exhibitions, promotional materials and customer engagement initiatives.<br \/>\n\t\tEnsure consistency of brand messaging in line with the Company\u2019s corporate identity and values.<\/p>\n<p>\tPartnerships &amp; Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIdentify, structure, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., banks, SACCOs, developers, corporates and affiliates).<br \/>\n\t\tLead co-marketing, distribution, financing and commission-based partnership arrangements.<br \/>\n\t\tMonitor partner performance and ensure mutual value creation.<br \/>\n\t\tRepresent the Company in Marketing forums, exhibitions and stakeholder engagements.<\/p>\n<p>\tCustomer Experience &amp; Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\t\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.<br \/>\n\t\tOversee customer onboarding, engagement, retention strategies and after-sales support.<br \/>\n\t\tManage customer feedback and complaints in collaboration with management team.<\/p>\n<p>\tTeam Leadership &amp; Performance Management<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLead, coach, supervise, and develop productive sales and marketing team.<br \/>\n\t\tSet individual and team KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.<br \/>\n\t\tBuild a high-performance, accountable and customer-focused team culture.<br \/>\n\t\tEnsure staff capability, discipline and motivation.<br \/>\n\t\tEnforce ethical selling practices and compliance with company policies.<\/p>\n<p>\tReporting, Controls &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\t\tPrepare periodic business development, sales and marketing reports for Management and the Board.<br \/>\n\t\tManage the business development and marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution.<br \/>\n\t\tEnsure compliance with internal policies, Delegation of Authority, CMA regulations, data protection laws and other applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<p>KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)<\/p>\n<p>\tRevenue growth and achievement of business development &amp; sales targets<br \/>\n\tSales pipeline strength and conversion rates<br \/>\n\tMarket expansion and new business initiatives delivered<br \/>\n\tEffectiveness of marketing and branding campaigns<br \/>\n\tQuality and performance of strategic partnerships<br \/>\n\tCustomer acquisition and retention rates<br \/>\n\tTeam productivity and performance<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<p>a) Academic Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tMaster\u2019s degree (MBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>b) Professional Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Membership to a relevant recognized professional body (e.g., MSK, CIM) is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>c) Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum of 7\u201310 years relevant experience in business development, sales and marketing preferably in real estate or investments environment.<br \/>\n\tAt least 3\u20135 years in a management or senior supervisory role.<br \/>\n\tProven track record in driving revenue growth and managing high-performance sales teams.<\/p>\n<p>6.
