The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting laboratory services to healthcare providers, corporate clients, insurers, and community partners.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with a good understanding of healthcare or diagnostic services, and the ability to build long-term, value-driven client relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Sales &amp; Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify, target, and engage prospective clients including clinics, hospitals, corporate wellness programs, insurance partners, and community health initiatives.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.<br \/>\n\tConduct sales presentations and prepare proposals for laboratory services.<br \/>\n\tGrow and manage a strong client portfolio to drive repeat business and referrals.<\/p>\n<p>Client Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service delivery.<br \/>\n\tRespond to client inquiries, quotations, and service requests professionally.<br \/>\n\tMaintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.<\/p>\n<p>Market Intelligence &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.<br \/>\n\tPrepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts.<br \/>\n\tProvide market feedback to management to support service improvement and strategic decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Internal Coordination &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tWork closely with laboratory, operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.<br \/>\n\tSupport marketing initiatives, awareness campaigns, and client engagement activities.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field.<br \/>\n\t2\u20134 years\u2019 experience in sales or business development, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or pharmaceuticals.<br \/>\n\tProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.<br \/>\n\tStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work independently and manage a defined sales territory.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>peoplefoco.etalent.net<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/peoplefoco.etalent.net","_company_name":"People FOCO","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.peoplefoco.co.ke","_company_tagline":"We are a HR Consultancy firm that is very passionate about people and their contribution towards the growth and success of any organization.
