Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProactively drive sales of manned guarding and electronic security solutions across assigned markets.
\n\tExecute structured lead-generation initiatives including cold calls, networking, referrals, and sector-specific outreach.
\n\tConduct competitor mapping and provide insights for strategic market positioning.
\n\tBuild and maintain an active sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly business targets.
\n\tEngage clients to understand their operational risks, security gaps, and service expectations.
\n\tRecommend smart, tailor-made security solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
\n\tPrepare well-structured proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to decision-makers and senior executives.
\n\tEstablish lasting client relationships founded on transparency, trust, and consistent service delivery.
\n\tProvide continuous client support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
\n\tCollaborate with Operations teams to ensure timely onboarding, contract execution, and service activation.
\n\tMaintain detailed documentation of sales activities, client engagements, and pipeline progress using company tools.
\n\tProvide accurate weekly and monthly sales updates to management.
\n\tActively contribute to strategic discussions by sharing market trends, customer insights, and competitive developments.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Minimum Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBCom (Sales & Marketing option), Diploma in Sales & Marketing, CIM, KIM, or related professional training.
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 proven experience in Sales, preferably in Security, insurance, and property management sector (Experience in security solutions -manned guarding\/alarms\/CCTV) within a private security company will be an added advantage.
\n\tStrong command of MS Office applications.
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
\n\tStrong analytical ability to interpret client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
\n\tAge: 27 years and above.<\/p>\n
