Purpose of the Assignment\u00a0<\/p>\n
To support urgent, high-quality recruitment of Regional Business Managers and Value Chain Business Coaches from local residents within the target counties for ASAL Agribusiness Model implementation.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop a targeted, county-specific recruitment plan for the single assigned county, identifying the most effective local sourcing channels (community structures, CDDCs, FPOs, SACCOs, churches, mosques, youth\/women groups, existing databases).\u00a0
\n\tProactively identify and source suitable candidates through personal networks, community leaders, and grassroots structures within the assigned county only.\u00a0
\n\tScreen applications and CVs against agreed job criteria (experience, local knowledge, diversity targets).\u00a0
\n\tConduct preliminary telephone or in-person interviews to assess fit, motivation, and competence.\u00a0
\n\tPerform reference checks on shortlisted candidates.\u00a0
\n\tPrepare a high-quality shortlist with detailed candidate profiles, interview notes, reference summaries, and clear recommendations.\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate logistics and scheduling for final interviews with the Selistar Management Services \/ CPHRM team.\u00a0
\n\tPrioritize diversity targets (women, youth, vulnerable and marginalized groups) throughout the process.\u00a0
\n\tDeliver all outputs within the agreed 10-day timeline.<\/p>\n
