Role Purpose<\/p>\n
The role holder will prospect, engage, and convert corporate clients into long-term contractual partnerships while driving structured B2B revenue growth across pharmacy, grocery, and essential product lines.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProspect, engage, and convert corporate clients into signed contracts.
\n\tDrive structured B2B revenue growth across pharmacy, grocery, household essentials, and related services.
\n\tBuild long-term corporate relationships to generate repeat business.
\n\tCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Pharmacy, and Finance teams to deliver client value.
\n\tDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably within FMCG, retail, healthcare, pharma, or service environments.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, close, and manage corporate accounts.
\n\tStrong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
\n\tResults-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets.
\n\tHigh integrity and professionalism \u2014 critical for a pharmacy-led environment.
\n\tAbility to work collaboratively across departments.<\/p>\n
