Due to continued growth, the organization is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand its corporate client portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>The Corporate Sales Executive will lead corporate client acquisition, manage strategic relationships, and position the organization as a trusted partner among top-tier companies. This role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify, target, and onboard high-value corporate clients aligned with growth objectives.<br \/>\n\tLead presentations, pitches, and negotiations with C-suite executives and senior managers.<br \/>\n\tDevelop tailored proposals that address client needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.<br \/>\n\tBuild long-term client relationships to drive retention and upselling opportunities.<br \/>\n\tRepresent the organization at industry events to enhance brand visibility.<br \/>\n\tConduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activity.<br \/>\n\tPrepare persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts with clear ROI value.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate sales pipeline records and submit performance reports.<br \/>\n\tAchieve and exceed corporate sales targets and KPIs.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.<br \/>\n\tStrong experience engaging senior executives and decision-makers.<br \/>\n\tProfessional certifications in Sales or Marketing (CIM, CPS, or equivalent) are an added advantage.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>peoplefoco.etalent.net<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/peoplefoco.etalent.net","_company_name":"People FOCO","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.peoplefoco.co.ke","_company_tagline":"We are a HR Consultancy firm that is very passionate about people and their contribution towards the growth and success of any organization.
