Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOperations, Housekeeping & Unit Oversight
\n\tMonitor and supervise cleaning staff and external cleaners to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
\n\tConduct regular inspections of units and rooms before guest check-in and after check-out.
\n\tEnsure all units are guest-ready, clean, stocked, and properly maintained.
\n\tIdentify and report maintenance issues; coordinate with maintenance\/vendors for timely resolution.
\n\tInventory & Asset Management
\n\tMaintain accurate inventory of unit supplies, linens, amenities, and cleaning materials.
\n\tTrack usage, minimize loss, and place restock orders as needed.
\n\tEnsure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory across units.
\n\tQuality Control & Standards
\n\tImplement and enforce cleaning checklists and operational SOPs.
\n\tAddress performance gaps through coaching, feedback, and corrective actions.
\n\tContinuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
\n\tReporting & Administration
\n\tMaintain inspection reports, cleaning logs, and inventory records.
\n\tProvide regular updates on unit status, staff performance, and operational issues.
\n\tAssist with scheduling cleaners based on occupancy and forecasted demand.
\n\tTeam Coordination & Communication
\n\tWork closely with the Reservations team to coordinate guest needs, special requests, and scheduling changes.
\n\tEnsure clear communication regarding check-ins, check-outs, early arrivals,late departures, and special cleaning requirements.
\n\tSupport issue resolution related to guest complaints, cleanliness concerns, or operational delays.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tDegree or Diploma in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management , Hotel Management or a related field
\n\tMinimum 2 years experience in housekeeping in a hotel\/related background with at least 2 years in a supervision role
\n\tExperience supervising staff and managing day-to-day operations.
\n\tStrong Leadership , communication and problem solving skills
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
\n\tKnowledge of housekeeping procedures , chemicals and equipment.
\n\tAbility to work flexibly , including weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n
