Job Purpose<\/p>\n
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving B2B revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts, with a primary focus on ERP and software solutions. The role requires strong prospecting, solution selling, and relationship management capabilities, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive technology environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Sales & Business Development<\/p>\n
\tIdentify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities across various industries
\n\tBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
\n\tConduct product presentations and demonstrations of ERP and software solutions
\n\tDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas<\/p>\n
Client Relationship Management<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
\n\tAct as a trusted advisor by understanding client business processes and challenges
\n\tProvide post-sales follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention<\/p>\n
Market Intelligence & Strategy<\/p>\n
\tMonitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
\n\tGather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team
\n\tIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion<\/p>\n
Reporting & Internal Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tPrepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates
\n\tWork closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
\n\tCollaborate with marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and promotional activities<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
\n\tMinimum of 3\u20135 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions
\n\tProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
\n\tExperience selling ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred
\n\tBackground in manufacturing or industrial solutions will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
