Job Description<\/p>\n
To handle guest payments accurately, provide friendly service, and support smooth front-of-house operations in the restaurant.<\/p>\n
\tGreet guests and assist with billing and payments
\n\tAccurately process cash, card, mobile, and voucher transactions
\n\tIssue receipts and ensure correct pricing of orders
\n\tBalance cash float at the start and end of each shift
\n\tMaintain a clean and organized cashier area
\n\tRespond to guest queries regarding bills professionally
\n\tFollow all cash handling procedures and restaurant SOPs
\n\tReport any discrepancies or system issues immediately
\n\tSupport service staff during peak hours when required<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tPrevious cashier or restaurant experience is an advantage
\n\tBasic knowledge of POS systems preferred
\n\tCertificate or Diploma in Hotel Managment \/hospitality\u00a0<\/p>\n
