Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Daily Data Analysis:<\/p>\n
\tAnalyze daily reports from Business Intelligence on customer repayment efficiency and stove usage in commercial markets.
\n\tIdentify and flag customers below the repayment efficiency & Usage threshold.
\n\tManage and maintain ACT Call Trackers, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and clarity to support effective tracking and reporting.
\n\t\u00a0Hourly and daily sharing of usage, repayment, and early warning reports to the field agents for action.<\/p>\n
Flagging & Reporting:<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Compile a daily list of customers with low repayment efficiency and share it with the agent care team for follow-up.
\n\tMonitor stove usage patterns and identify opportunities for improvement.
\n\tPropose and assist in implementing initiatives aimed at improving commercial operations.
\n\tWork with the agent care team and sales agents to resolve issues impacting customer behavior.
\n\tSupport the Agent care manager and projects manager with weekly reporting as required.<\/p>\n
KPI Calculations:<\/p>\n
\tCalculate and track commercial team KPIs i.e. Team Leaders, sales agents, etc.
\n\tProvide regular performance updates to leadership based on the set metrics.<\/p>\n
Sales Support:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
\n\tCoordinate with the sales team to track targets, agent performance, and regional sales data.
\n\tSupport the onboarding and documentation of new agents and team leaders.<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0Administrative Duties:<\/p>\n
\tManage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups for the commercial team.
\n\tManage and advice on commercial budget adherence through scrutinizing of PRFs raised by the commercial team for approval<\/p>\n
\u00a0Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Logistics to support sales campaigns, agent recruitment, and product availability.
\n\tWork with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels in the warehouses and stock reconciliation.<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
\n\tAt least 2 years of experience in business analytics or data analysis.
\n\tStrong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
\n\tExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
\n\tProficiency in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
