Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Audit, Investment Analysis, or Corporate Strategy
\n\tStrong financial literacy (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
\n\tHigh proficiency in Excel \/ Google Sheets and PowerPoint \/ Google Slides
\n\tStrong structured thinking and ability to summarize complex information clearly
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\tHigh discretion, maturity, and professional judgment
\n\tPrior exposure to working with senior leadership (CEO\/CFO\/Board level preferred)
\n\tExposure to manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-business group environments is an advantage
\n\tFamiliarity with board or investor reporting; interest in strategy, M&A, or transformation is a plus
\n\tExperience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Management Accounting within a manufacturing environment would be an added advantage<\/p>\n
Role & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCEO Office & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a proxy for the CEO in selected meetings, track decisions and action points, prepare structured briefs, and coordinate closely with senior leaders, board members, investors, and external partners to ensure timely execution of priorities.
\n\tFinancial & Business Analysis: Support the CEO with management accounts review, budget vs. actual analysis, cash flow tracking, ROI and business case analysis, and preparation of board packs, dashboards, and investor updates using Excel\/Google Sheets.
\n\tStrategy & Project Support: Support CEO-led initiatives including expansion projects, pricing decisions, integrations, and acquisitions by tracking execution, driving follow-ups, and preparing concise decision notes and summaries.
\n\tCommunication & Documentation: Draft high-quality emails, memos, presentations, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO, while maintaining clear documentation of decisions, action logs, and project updates.
\n\tExecutive Support (Strategic Focus): Manage the CEO’s priority calendar, coordinate travel and logistics, handle confidential information with discretion, and ensure the CEO’s time is focused on high-impact activities.<\/p>\n
