The Case Packer Operator runs and monitors a beverage case packing machine. This job includes loading materials, checking product quality, keeping the machine running smoothly, and fixing simple maintenance activities. The operator follows safety and cleanliness rules and works with the team to meet daily production goals.<\/p>\n
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tEfficiently operate the case packing machine
\n\tLoad and replenish packaging materials
\n\tMonitor product quality and packaging accuracy
\n\tPerform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical field.
\n\t3 Years\u2019 minimum experience in manufacturing Set up
\n\tAt least 3 years of experience in a Beverage, production environment is an added advantage.
\n\tStrong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
\n\tFamiliarity with food safety and quality control systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
\n\tExcellent leadership and communication skills.
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.<\/p>\n
