Job Objective:\u00a0<\/p>\n
To Support Quality Assurance, Internal Audits and ISO Certification ensuring that highest standards of quality, compliance and certification are maintained within the WIOCC Group. This role involves supporting cross functional Quality Management and assurance processes, supporting internal audits and maintaining ISO and any other industry-based certifications. The specialist will work closely with various departments to implement and monitor quality controls, internal audit practices and ISO standards to support continuous improvement and operational excellence<\/p>\n

Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u00a0Quality Assurance<\/p>\n
\tDevelop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
\n\tConduct regular inspections and testing of products\/services to ensure adherence to quality standards
\n\tIdentify and address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and ensure compliance with customer requirements<\/p>\n
Internal Audits<\/p>\n
\tPlan, execute and report on internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, compliance with regulations and adherence to company policies
\n\tIdentify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and risk management
\n\tFollow up on audit findings to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
\n\tMaintain comprehensive audit documentation and reports<\/p>\n
ISO – based Certifications<\/p>\n
\tManage and maintain ISO certification processes, including preparation for audits and recertifications
\n\tEnsure ongoing compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001,50001, 22301) and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures
\n\tProvide training and support to staff on ISO standards and best practices
\n\tOversee documentation and record-keeping related to ISO compliance and certification
\n\tEnsuring management of WIOCC Group Integrated management system<\/p>\n
Industry- based Certifications<\/p>\n
\tPCI- DSS (Payment card Industry \u2013 Data Security Systems)
\n\tUptime
\n\tSOCII
\n\tAny other that is preferred by the Business<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree (or equivalent, master\u2019s degree preferred) in a business-related field, Quality management, Business Administration or equivalent Professional Certifications
\n\tRelevant certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma or Quality Management Professional (preferred)
\n\tProven experience in quality assurance, internal auditing and managing ISO certifications
\n\tStrong understanding of ISO standards and internal audit methodologies
\n\tExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
Experience and Skills Required<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 7 years working experience in an accounting and operations environment
\n\tSkilled in quality assurance, continuous improvement, ISO Standards, project management and strategic planning
\n\tIn-depth understanding of business processes and ability to identify internal control issues and recommend practical solutions in a timely manner to avert losses
\n\tStrong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources
\n\tDemonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
\n\tExcellent communications and soft skills, fluent written and oral English
\n\tNatural aptitude for dealing with people
\n\tExperience of working in the telecoms industry will be an added advantage
\n\tPCI \u2013 DSS Experience will be added advantage
\n\tPrince II or any other Project management certification
\n\tITL4 \u2013 Practitioner certification preferred<\/p>\n
