DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping and managing the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) plan and its implementation
\n\tPerforming engineering analysis and ensuring lowest machine energy and spares consumption
\n\tLead in equipment breakdown analysis, troubleshooting and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
\n\tOptimizing equipment efficiencies through adherence to maintenance schedules Customer Return & Quality Documentation
\n\tMaintaining & managing engineering standards and procedures to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production and maintain product<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor of Science\/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
\n\tAt-least 3- 5 year(s) relevant experience in beverage industry, more specifically hands on experience in troubleshooting blow moulders, filler, labeller and accompanying utility equipment
\n\tMachine Safety Training and awareness or any related
\n\tExperience responding quickly to line stoppages and minimizing machine downtime
\n\tTime management
\n\tAttention to detail; especially critical in preventive maintenance and
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\tLeadership skills<\/p>\n
