We are seeking a highly skilled Business Applications Developer to design, build, and maintain automated solutions and business intelligence systems that drive operational efficiency. This role focuses on developing integrations, workflows, dashboards, and internal applications using the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Business Applications & Automation<\/p>\n
\tDesign and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver actionable insights across business functions.
\n\tBuild complex Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio agents to automate core operational processes.
\n\tImplement Dataverse-based solutions and analytics systems to transform raw data into business value.
\n\tAutomate end-to-end workflows across operations, HR, and internal business systems.<\/p>\n
Integrations & Platform Development<\/p>\n
\tDevelop Azure-based integrations using Functions, APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.
\n\tBuild and maintain Microsoft Teams applications, including notification bots, adaptive cards, and workflow integrations.
\n\tIntegrate internal systems with third-party tools and services using REST APIs.<\/p>\n
Collaboration & Documentation<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
\n\tDocument workflows, data models, and application logic for maintainability and scalability.
\n\tProvide ongoing improvements and optimizations based on system usage and feedback.<\/p>\n
Security & Reliability<\/p>\n
\tEnsure applications follow security best practices and data governance standards.
\n\tImplement error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization across solutions.<\/p>\n

Required Experience & Skills (Minimum)<\/p>\n
\t2\u20134 years of development experience with Microsoft technologies.
\n\tStrong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
\n\tAdvanced experience with Power Automate, including complex flows and custom connectors.
\n\tHands-on experience with Azure services and Azure Functions.
\n\tSolid skills in JavaScript and TypeScript.
\n\tStrong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.<\/p>\n
