\n\tMonitor online reviews, guest feedback, and brand perception; implement service refinements
\n\tAct as the face of the Hotel, embodying the brand\u2019s tone, values, and aesthetic<\/p>\n
\u00a0Lifestyle Positioning & Experience Curation<\/p>\n
\tCurate unique guest experiences (wellness, dining, events, collaborations, local culture)
\n\tWork with designers, chefs, partners, and creatives to elevate the lifestyle offering
\n\tEnsure consistency of visual identity, ambience, music, scent, and presentation across the property
\n\tIntroduce seasonal concepts, themed experiences, and signature moments<\/p>\n
Operations Excellence (Luxury Standards)<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily hotel operations ensuring seamless, discreet, and polished service delivery
\n\tMaintain immaculate rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations
\n\tDevelop and enforce SOPs tailored to luxury and boutique hospitality
\n\tEnsure service recovery is handled swiftly, elegantly, and personally
\n\tCoordinate staffing to ensure optimal service ratios without compromising guest intimacy<\/p>\n
Revenue Strategy & Commercial Performance<\/p>\n
\tDrive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability
\n\tLead pricing, yield management, and OTA strategies aligned with luxury positioning
\n\tDevelop high-end corporate, diplomatic, long-stay, and private clientele segments
\n\tDrive experiential revenue streams (events, dining, private bookings, lifestyle partnerships)
\n\tOversee brand-aligned marketing, PR, digital presence, and influencer collaborations<\/p>\n
Financial Management & Cost Discipline<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controls
\n\tEnsure strong cost management while protecting guest experience and quality
\n\tReview financial performance regularly and implement corrective actions
\n\tOversee procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships in line with luxury standards<\/p>\n
People Leadership & Service Culture<\/p>\n
\tRecruit, train, and develop a polished, service-oriented team
\n\tInstill a culture of pride, accountability, discretion, and excellence
\n\tCoach leaders and frontline teams on luxury service behaviour and emotional intelligence
\n\tManage performance, engagement, and staff retention<\/p>\n
Governance, Risk & Asset Care<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with hospitality regulations, licensing, health, and safety standards
\n\tOversee security, asset protection, and risk management
\n\tEnsure the property, furnishings, and assets are preserved to luxury standards<\/p>\n
Owner & Stakeholder Relations<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary liaison between owners and hotel operations
\n\tProvide insightful operational and financial reporting
\n\tRecommend strategic enhancements, capital investments, and brand initiatives<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tDegree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
\n\tMinimum\u00a08\u201312 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in hospitality, with\u00a05+ years in a senior luxury or boutique hotel role
\n\tProven experience in luxury, lifestyle, boutique hotels or high-end serviced residences
\n\tStrong commercial acumen with a refined service mindset
\n\tProficiency in PMS systems, OTAs, and revenue management tools<\/p>\n
