The role leverages motorcycle-based distribution and Raino\u2019s tech-enabled cold-chain infrastructure as a sales execution tool to ensure timely product availability, excellent customer service and reliable collections.<\/p>\n<p>The position emphasizes selling, relationship management, market intelligence, and collections, while ensuring that all product handling and delivery activities comply with cold-chain standards.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Sales &amp; Revenue Growth (Primary Focus)<\/p>\n<p>\tAchieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.<br \/>\n\tIdentify, prospect, and onboard new customers including retailers, vendors, food service clients, and B2B agents.<br \/>\n\tDrive upselling and cross-selling across Raino product lines, including white meat and cold-chain solutions.<br \/>\n\tMaintain active engagement with all assigned accounts to maximize wallet share and minimize churn.<br \/>\n\tPromote new products, pricing offers, and campaigns within the assigned market.<\/p>\n<p>Account Management &amp; Customer Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.<br \/>\n\tEducate customers on product usage, storage, and cold-chain best practices to improve satisfaction and retention.<br \/>\n\tGather and share customer feedback to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market improvements.<br \/>\n\tResolve customer issues promptly and escalate where necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Market Intelligence &amp; Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct continuous market observation to identify demand trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.<br \/>\n\tGenerate and convert sales leads within assigned routes and territories.<br \/>\n\tSupport marketing activations, trade shows, and promotional activities as required.<\/p>\n<p>Sales Operations, Delivery &amp; Collections (Sales Enablement)<\/p>\n<p>\tExecute route-based sales and deliveries using motorcycle-enabled cold-chain equipment to ensure product availability.<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate order capture, invoicing, and delivery confirmation via mobile sales systems.<br \/>\n\tCollect payments (including Cash on Delivery) and ensure full reconciliation in line with company procedures.<br \/>\n\tSupport freezer installations and onboarding of new clients where required.<br \/>\n\tEnsure strict adherence to cold-chain handling, temperature control, and product quality standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Reporting &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>Submit accurate and timely sales and operational reports, including:<\/p>\n<p>\tWeekly market analysis report<br \/>\n\tWeekly revenue and collections report<br \/>\n\tWeekly leads generation and conversion report<br \/>\n\tRTM and ad hoc reports as requested<br \/>\n\tMaintain compliance with company sales, financial, and operational policies<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tCertificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\n\t1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in\u00a0field sales, route sales, or customer-facing commercial roles.<br \/>\n\tExperience in FMCG, agri-products, cold-chain, or HoReCa markets is a strong advantage.<br \/>\n\tRiding experience with a valid Kenyan class A motorcycle license\u00a0 is highly preferred &amp; added advantage.<br \/>\n\tBasic understanding of credit management, collections, and receivables.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>fs8.formsite.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/fs8.formsite.com","_company_name":"Keep IT Cool","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Supported by Google, Keep IT Cool offers an advanced smart distribution platform that delivers cold chain services to underserved areas.
