Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport sales team members in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers, creating and maintaining sales and marketing assets, including demos, presentations, and visual materials used in customer engagements.
\n\tMonitor and identify opportunities to learn about market trends, customer needs, and the event technology landscape
\n\tLearn and develop a strong understanding of InEvent\u2019s event technology and AV software solutions to effectively support demos and presentations.
\n\tAssist in the sales process by preparing presentation decks, demo environments, and supporting materials, as well as coordinating meetings when needed.
\n\tAssist in the sales process by preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads.
\n\tEngage with prospective customers through multiple channels (phone, email, and other outreach methods) to gather information and build initial relationships
\n\tParticipate actively in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
\n\tProvide basic product information and assist in responding to initial customer inquiries, primarily through prepared marketing and demo content.
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales support activities and materials within CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot).
\n\tWork closely with sales to support team revenue goals through high-quality design and presentation support.
\n\tMonitor and identify opportunities to improve demos, presentations, and materials based on market trends, customer feedback, and the event technology landscape.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
\tStrong interest in sales, design, technology, and customer engagement
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support clear and compelling presentations.
\n\tExperience using CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
\n\tPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-support and design-focused role.
\n\tAbility to work independently while also collaborating closely with the sales team.
\n\tStrong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in presentation and demo preparation.
\n\tComputer proficiency and familiarity with common business and presentation software applications.
\n\tFluency in English for professional and business communication.<\/p>\n
