The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department operations, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLitigation\/Case management
\n\tTechnical Issues Management
\n\tRegulatory compliance
\n\tContract management
\n\tNegotiate out of court settlements for Third party claims
\n\tRecoveries Enforcement
\n\tLegal claims payments<\/p>\n
Knowledge & Experience<\/p>\n
The candidate must demonstrate and possess the following skills and qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor of Laws Degree (LLB)
\n\tDiploma in Law
\n\tMinimum 5 years relevant experience
\n\tExcellent analytical and negotiation skills
\n\tGood communicator- oral and written
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of regulatory law<\/p>\n
