You Will:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify opportunities to develop high quality projects in the field of disability inclusive livelihood alongside local partner organizations
\n\tStrengthen CBM\u2019s work in Livelihood
\n\tContribute to the development of proposals for Legally Contracted Designated Funds (LCDF) funding opportunities
\n\tParticipate in the development, kick-off workshops, reviews, monitoring, baselining, and evaluations of projects and programmes, including field and monitoring visits (3-way working methodology across the programme cycle)
\n\tProvide direct technical support to CBM Country Offices and partners\u2019 staff on livelihoods, including conducting livelihoods assessments upon request
\n\tAnalyse relevant research, policies, and trends and translate these into practice, driving innovation
\n\tSupport partner capacity development in the area of livelihoods, including sharing and learning networks (communities of practice)
\n\tParticipate in international associations and networks and maintain a global network of external expertise
\n\tEnsure internal and external communication on CBM\u2019s livelihoods activities<\/p>\n
These are your qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tAdvanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics Development Cooperation, Sociology, Business Management, Agronomy and\/or Economics.)
\n\t7\u20138 years of experience in large programmes focused on poverty alleviation and livelihoods
\n\tStrong knowledge of inclusive livelihood approaches, including inclusive employment, rural livelihoods, promoting inclusive market access and savings group models. Experience with sustainable farming and climate resilient agriculture models is a plus.
\n\tPractical experience with project cycle management, participatory approaches, and community mobilisation
\n\tExperience in Disability-Inclusive Development will be an added advantage
\n\tGood understanding of global and regional livelihood actors, trends, and priorities
\n\tStrong international networking and stakeholder engagement skills
\n\tExperience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach
\n\tA results-driven mindset and ability to engage at senior level
\n\tProficiency in MS Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools
\n\tExposure to digital tools in community development practice will be an added advantage
\n\tFluency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus.
