Tasks and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Implementation (focusing on finance modules)<\/p>\n
\tConduct online meetings with every new client to review expectations and to create a written implementation plan with milestones and deliverables.
\n\tCreate transference documents for clients when migrating from a competing product to Ed-admin.
\n\tIf required travel to client sites as needed to ensure implementation success
\n\tAt any point in time, the live status of an implementation needs to be visible and evident.
\n\tProvide a bridge between implementation and training by guiding the client through a basic orientation of the product via a virtual meeting.<\/p>\n
Training<\/p>\n
\tOn-line training room based training for staff groups of approximately 10-20
\n\tOn-line training webinars for a wide variety and number of clients
\n\tClient service and extra training visits to existing clients<\/p>\n
Support<\/p>\n
\tDeal directly with clients either by telephone, on-line or face to face
\n\tRespond promptly to clients enquiries
\n\tHandle and resolve clients complaints
\n\tObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
\n\tOrganise workflow to meet clients timeframes
\n\tDirect requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource
\n\tLog all of your work, including client interactions and transactions , recording details of actions taken, in EMS+ on a daily basis using Supertrack
\n\tMaintain clients data in EMS+ (our client management and ticketing software)
\n\tFollow up on client interactions
\n\tProvide feedback on the efficiency of the client service process<\/p>\n
Product development<\/p>\n
\tUndertake software testing as part of the development release cycle<\/p>\n
\u00a0ICT Development<\/p>\n
\tDevelop deep knowledge of the products and the applications
\n\tWork closely with software development teams to feed in product requirements and contribute to the future development road-map<\/p>\n
Teamwork<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Support Manager and Sales Manager by demonstrating Ed-admin to potential clients, either remotely or on site, and identify opportunities for sales while communicating with existing clients; pass on relevant details to the sales person for follow up as appropriate.
\n\tDemonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all team members regardless of work location, using systemized communication methods to minimise impact of remote working throughout the team.
\n\tContribute towards the motivation and support of all participating staff members, creating an environment in which clear and consistent communication is key using appropriate tone and approach.
\n\tEnsure that company communication and design banding guidelines are followed with both internal and external communication to create a professional environment and impression to both staff and clients.
\n\tEnsure work is conducted within the context of the overall governance and management of the company’s annual plan and long-term strategy.
\n\tAdhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
\n\tSet examples for others in the team in areas of personal character, commitment, organisational and work habits.
\n\tEnsure all work is recorded accurately in the company CRM on a daily basis and evaluated accordingly<\/p>\n
Education\u00a0<\/p>\n
Essential<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar<\/p>\n
Preferred<\/p>\n
\tEssential education accompanied by software related qualifications<\/p>\n
Expected Work Experience<\/p>\n
Essential<\/p>\n
\tExperience in the software and\/or education sector with a focus on MIS software solutions.
\n\tStrong understanding of general ledger structures, accounts payable\/receivable, payroll and fee billing, financial controls and compliance.<\/p>\n
Preferred<\/p>\n
\t3+ years in financial accounting, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and\/or audit preparation.
\n\tMinimum 2+ years of experience in support service delivery with a background of software consultancy.<\/p>\n
