\n\t2 years of experience as a Scheduler in health areas preferably
\n\tBasic office and computer skills with strong organizational abilities.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tVerbal Communication Answer telephone calls and inquiries in a professional, upbeat manner.
\n\tCommunicate regularly with associates and clients to evaluate service quality.
\n\tServe as liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager.
\n\tCustomer Focus Respond promptly and courteously to customer calls.
\n\tReceive and process referrals and inquiries regarding company programs.
\n\tAdaptability Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts as needed.
\n\tDecision Making & Judgment Maintain integrity in all interactions with caregivers and clients.
\n\tDemonstrate alignment with the company\u2019s vision, mission, and core values.
\n\tProblem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
