HR Systems, Digitalization &amp; Data Integrity (Core Accountability)<br \/>\n\tOwn day-to-day administration of HR systems including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and contract lifecycle management tool<br \/>\n\tEnsure correct system usage, workflow compliance, access controls, and data security<br \/>\n\tMaintain high HR data accuracy and integrity across all systems<br \/>\n\tDrive automation of HR processes and reduce reliance on manual or paper-based workflows<br \/>\n\tPrepare systems for audits by ensuring all records are complete, current, and digitally accessible<br \/>\n\tLearning &amp; Development Operations<br \/>\n\tAdminister learning platforms and maintain accurate training records, certifications, and completion data<br \/>\n\tCoordinate internal training programs, mandatory compliance training, and external learning interventions<br \/>\n\tSupport Training Centre administration including learner enrollment, attendance tracking, and reporting<br \/>\n\tTrack learning participation, completion rates, and basic learning outcomes<br \/>\n\tProvide learning data and reports to support capability planning and learning ROI analysis<br \/>\n\tPerformance Management Cycle Execution Support<br \/>\n\tSupport administration of performance management cycles including goal-setting timelines, review windows, and system configurations<br \/>\n\tTrack performance review completion and follow up with managers on outstanding actions<br \/>\n\tGenerate performance cycle status reports and dashboards<br \/>\n\tSupport calibration and talent review processes by preparing accurate performance data<br \/>\n\tEnsure performance documentation is complete, consistent, and system-aligned<br \/>\n\tCompliance, Governance &amp; Liaison Support<br \/>\n\tMaintain HR documentation required for statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance<br \/>\n\tSupport compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and employment regulations across subsidiaries<br \/>\n\tPrepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits<br \/>\n\tLiaise with statutory bodies, service providers, and partners as required<br \/>\n\tSupport implementation of HR policies and compliance training initiatives<br \/>\n\tHR Reporting &amp; Analytics Support<br \/>\n\tProduce monthly HR operational reports covering headcount, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and learning<br \/>\n\tMaintain HR dashboards and trackers with accurate and timely data<br \/>\n\tSupport HRBP and HR Lead with reliable data for people analytics and decision-making<br \/>\n\tValidate HR data prior to reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems<br \/>\n\tEmployee Engagement &amp; HR Administration Support<br \/>\n\tSupport planning and execution of employee engagement, welfare, and recognition initiatives<br \/>\n\tCoordinate HR communications, employee notices, and internal HR events<br \/>\n\tAssist in managing employee queries related to HR operations and processes<br \/>\n\tEnsure engagement and welfare activities are well-documented and tracked<br \/>\n\tTeam Coordination &amp;
