We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven<br \/>\n\tKey Account Salesperson to promote and sell our Learning Management Solution (LMS) to key business accounts and institutions across Kenya.<br \/>\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients, generating leads, closing deals, and expanding market presence within the corporate, institutional, and public sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify and engage key accounts, including large corporate organizations, training institutions, and government entities.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and execute strategic account management plans to ensure client satisfaction and sustainable business growth.<br \/>\n\tConduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations showcasing LMS capabilities and value propositions.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for strategic accounts.<br \/>\n\tNegotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize client value and revenue.<br \/>\n\tProvide market feedback on customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise solutions.<br \/>\n\tProven track record of managing key accounts and consistently achieving sales targets.<br \/>\n\tStrong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.<br \/>\n\tAbility to develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to key clients.<br \/>\n\tSelf-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and corporate training platforms is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>peoplefoco.etalent.net<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/peoplefoco.etalent.net","_company_name":"People FOCO","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.peoplefoco.co.ke","_company_tagline":"We are a HR Consultancy firm that is very passionate about people and their contribution towards the growth and success of any organization.
