Summary of Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Reporting to the Outlet Manager or F&B Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the setup and preparation of service areas before each shift.
\n\tGreet and seat guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
\n\tSupport the service team in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
\n\tMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
\n\tLearn and adhere to Movenpick\u2019s service standards and F&B policies.
\n\tEnsure tables are properly set, and supplies are replenished as needed.
\n\tCollaborate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.
\n\tAssist in handling guest feedback promptly and professionally.
\n\tParticipate in departmental briefings, trainings, and team meetings.
\n\tUphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
\n\tSupport special events, banquets, or promotions as assigned.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tCurrently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
\n\tStrong passion for food, beverage, and guest service.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tEnergetic, positive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tAbility to work effectively within a team.
\n\tFluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
\n\tDoes not have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.<\/p>\n
