We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented\u00a0CAD Technician\u00a0to support our\u00a0Urban Planning and Landscape Design\u00a0teams. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with architects, urban planners, and landscape designers to produce high-quality technical drawings and full project documentation for\u00a0residential, mixed-use, and public realm\u00a0developments.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Technical Documentation<\/p>\n
\tPrepare comprehensive CAD and Revit drawings across all project stages, from preliminary to schematic and construction.<\/p>\n
Develop\u00a0schematic and detailed landscape documentation, including:<\/p>\n
\tPlanting plans (trees, shrubs, groundcover)
\n\tPlanting schedules and plant lists
\n\tPlanter designs and construction details
\n\tHardscape plans (paving layouts, edging types, materials per architectural\/landscape specifications)
\n\tHardscape and material schedule
\n\tPavement buildup and sublayer details
\n\tLevels and Setout\/dimension plans
\n\tOutdoor furniture layouts and schedule plans
\n\tManage title blocks and drawing revisions periodically
\n\tProduce detailed\u00a0sections, elevations, and construction details\u00a0as required.
\n\tAssist in preparing full coordinated drawing packages aligned with architectural and landscape design intent.<\/p>\n
Collaboration & Coordination<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with architects, urban planners, and landscape designers to translate design intent into technical documentation.
\n\tCoordinate drawing updates based on design revisions, consultant inputs, and site requirements.
\n\tEnsure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards and project guidelines.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\t4 years’ experience in a similar role.
\n\tPrior experience as a CAD Technician in architecture, landscape design, or urban planning and design is preferred.
\n\tExperience with residential, mixed-use, or public realm projects is an advantage.
\n\tSample document set is required prior to scheduling and interview.
\n\tProficiency in\u00a0AutoCAD\u00a0and\u00a0Revit\u00a0(mandatory).
\n\tStrong understanding of landscape architectural drawings and construction detailing.
\n\tAbility to produce clear, precise, and well-organized drawing sets.
\n\tFamiliarity with urban design and public realm design principles is an advantage.
\n\tCapable of working on\u00a0multiple projects\u00a0simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
\n\tHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality.<\/p>\n
