To pro-actively identify and mitigate emerging risks within Personal and Private Banking by embedding effective\u00a0 controls, governance frameworks, and compliance practices. The role ensures risks are proactively managed in partnership with internal control specialists, non-financial risk experts, and segment leaders, safeguarding client trust, regulatory compliance, and sustainable profitability.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n

\n\tField of Study:\u00a0Risk Management, Banking, Finance, Business Administration or any other related field.<\/p>\n
Experience Required<\/p>\n
\t3-4 years
\n\tRisk management, compliance, or governance within financial services.
\n\tKnowledge of operational and business risk management in financial services including developing guidelines, policies and processes.
\n\tExposure in general banking.
\n\tKnowledge of bank risk framework, processes, procedures, systems\u00a0
\n\tExposure to project management principles.<\/p>\n
