Seize this chance to make an impact and propel your career forward with a team that values your unique contributions.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior and mid\u2011management levels.<br \/>\n\tLeading cross\u2011functional collaboration across territories and departments, including marketing, account management, and operations, to support sales initiatives and ensure exceptional customer service.<br \/>\n\tMonitoring market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to inform pricing decisions, product mix, and sales approaches.<br \/>\n\tSetting annual sales targets, sales quotas, and gross\u2011profit plans; managing forecasting, pipeline development, and performance tracking.<br \/>\n\tDeveloping, and coaching a high\u2011performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.<br \/>\n\tManaging national sales operations, including resource planning, team assignments, and performance management.<br \/>\n\tDriving adoption of sales and marketing automation platforms and ensuring consistent sales processes and data quality.<br \/>\n\tOverseeing reporting and analytics to provide insights on demand generation, pipeline health, conversion metrics, market segmentation, and win\/loss performance.<br \/>\n\tDefining and enforcing database quality standards and leading data improvement initiatives across sales and marketing.<br \/>\n\tWork collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement<br \/>\n\tChampioning the company\u2019s values, offerings, and partnerships through clear communication\u00a0and stakeholder engagement.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win\/Loss, Age.<br \/>\n\tReport on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall in order to implement a consistent closed loop between marketing and sales.<br \/>\n\tThrough reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provide guidance to improve the overall data quality.<\/p>\n<p>Skills, capabilities &amp; experience we&#8217;re looking for<\/p>\n<p>\tUnderstand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing perspective.<br \/>\n\tPrepare reports and use appropriate mode of communication.<br \/>\n\tProficiency at analyzing data, building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.<br \/>\n\tManage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.<br \/>\n\tProven success track record working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.<br \/>\n\tKeen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.<br \/>\n\tProven communication and presentation skills.<br \/>\n\tManage client relationships with seasoned negotiation skills.<br \/>\n\tKeep the process excellence and data management.<br \/>\n\tPrevious business management experience in the region, primarily markets such as Uganda, Tanzania &amp;
