The role involves providing support to sales and marketing efforts, managing administrative tasks, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships and handling sales-related documentation. Sales, Marketing & Admin Support1. Sales \u2013 Business Growth (BG) Support<\/p>\n
Audit & Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tAudit daily sales activities.
\n\tReview quotations and track percentage closed.
\n\tMonitor individual performance daily, weekly and monthly.
\n\tAudit customer database segmentation to ensure diversification across all segments.
\n\tTrack and update all quotes\/tenders for the Sales Team.<\/p>\n
Lead Generation:<\/p>\n
\tSpearhead lead generation for new clients.<\/p>\n
Admin Support (360\u00b0 for BG Teams):<\/p>\n
\tManage client communication channels, including emails, phone calls and BG Team WhatsApp platforms.
\n\tMonitor and promptly follow up on client requests, feedback, quotations and inquiries to ensure effective resolution and maintain strong relationships.<\/p>\n
Prequalification & Tender Management:<\/p>\n
\tOversee prequalification preparation and conversion.
\n\tManage tender preparation and submission for the team.<\/p>\n
Customer Relationship Management:<\/p>\n
\tOversee customer complaints from all business channels, ensuring timely resolution.<\/p>\n
Internal Communication:<\/p>\n
\tBridge communication gaps between Operations, Finance, BG, HR and the MD office.<\/p>\n
Dormant Clients:<\/p>\n
\tSpearhead follow-up and reactivation of dormant clients.<\/p>\n
Marketing<\/p>\n
Website Management:<\/p>\n
\tLead the setup of the new FCL website.
\n\tLiaise with the development team to accelerate progress and provide necessary content.
\n\tPrepare website content: company profile, services, products, images, news and team bios.
\n\tReview design and functionality to ensure alignment with company branding and user expectations.<\/p>\n
Marketing Oversight:<\/p>\n
\tOverall responsibility for all FCL marketing activities, including:
\n\tBrand strategy and positioning
\n\tDigital marketing and email campaigns
\n\tCompany profile and content preparation
\n\tPartnerships and events (e.g., interior designers)
\n\tShowcasing finished projects
\n\tPreparation and updating of brochures
\n\tStrategic billboard placement to enhance visibility<\/p>\n
Social Media & Visual Marketing:<\/p>\n
\tManage social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp Stories (weekly content).
\n\tLead creation of marketing visuals, including project showcase videos, promotional clips and branded wallpapers.<\/p>\n
FCL Brand Ambassador:<\/p>\n
\tPromote customer satisfaction and staff engagement by sending weekly WhatsApp reminders to all staff.<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
Reception & Customer Support:<\/p>\n
\tWelcome guests and support suppliers.
\n\tReceive payments and direct them to the appropriate offices.<\/p>\n
Office Supplies & Printing:<\/p>\n
\tManage ordering and processing of stationery and printing requirements for the Sales Department.<\/p>\n
Attendance & Staff Welfare:<\/p>\n
\tCheck attendance registers and update staff WhatsApp\/attendance logs
\n\tLead staff welfare initiatives, including communication of birthdays and weekly reminders.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
\n\tRelevant professional certifications (e.g., Sales, Digital Marketing) are an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative roles.
\n\tExperience in lead generation, client relationship management, and tender\/quotation processes is preferred.
\n\tHands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.<\/p>\n
