Role Overview:<\/p>\n
As a Graphics Designer at Mombo Sacco, your primary responsibility will be to develop compelling visual content that consistently represents our brand identity across all platforms. Working closely with our marketing and content teams, you’ll craft visuals that enhance customer engagement, support marketing efforts, and drive organizational growth.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCreate visually engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the Mombo Sacco brand identity.
\n\tCollaborate with marketing teams to produce materials for campaigns and events.
\n\tDesign digital and print assets that enhance social media engagement and member education programs.
\n\tEnsure all graphics are optimized for web and print use, maintaining a consistent and appealing visual brand image.
\n\tRevise and update existing graphic materials as needed.
\n\tWork closely with content creators to visually enhance content effectiveness.
\n\tDesign templates for consistency across platforms and materials.
\n\tInnovate in design to reflect emerging trends and audience preferences.
\n\tBrainstorm with teams to deliver impactful design solutions for campaigns.
\n\tCreate infographics to convey complex information in an accessible format.
\n\tManage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously.
\n\tProvide creative input during brainstorming and strategy sessions.
\n\tSupport UI\/UX development for digital interfaces where necessary.<\/p>\n
Required Skills:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in creating static images, GIFs, animations, and videos.
\n\tAbility to integrate AI technologies into design workflows.
\n\tStrong art direction capabilities.
\n\tCreative problem-solving and collaboration skills.
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
\n\tPortfolio demonstrating expertise in the above areas is required.<\/p>\n
