Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCustomer Experience: Greet every customer with a “Karibu!” and a smile. Identify their needs\u2014whether they\u2019re training for a marathon or just looking for cool kicks for the weekend.
\n\tProduct Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest footwear technology (cushioning, stability, breathability) and apparel trends to provide expert advice.
\n\tSales Targets: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales KPIs through proactive engagement and up selling or cross selling.
\n\tVisual Merchandising: Keep the shelves looking “top-tier.” Ensure shoes are laced correctly, sizes are stocked, and the floor is clutter-free.
\n\tInventory & POS: Assist with stock takes and deliveries. Process transactions accurately using our POS system (handling Cash, M-Pesa, and Card payments).
\n\tBrand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand\u2019s values both inside and outside the store.<\/p>\n

\n\tYou are fluent in English and Swahili. If you can throw in some Sheng to build rapport with the younger crowd, even better!
\n\tYou have a genuine passion for sports or fitness culture.
\n\tYou have a “can-do” attitude and don’t mind being on your feet all day.
\n\tYou\u2019re comfortable with digital inventory tools and social media.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Business or Marketing is a plus.
\n\tMinimum of 1 year\u2019s proven retail sales experience in the fashion or sportswear industry is mandatory.
\n\tFlexible to work weekends, late shifts, and public holidays.
\n\tHigh energy, punctual, and well-groomed.<\/p>\n
