Responsibilities <\/p>\n
\tManage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection).
\n\tIdentify and attract qualified candidates for clinical and administrative roles.
\n\tCoordinate interviews and follow up on the hiring process with department leaders.
\n\tNegotiate job offers and support the onboarding of new employees.
\n\tMaintain an updated candidate database and ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards.<\/p>\n
Requirements <\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter (mandatory).
\n\tExperience in the U.S. market (preferred).
\n\tKnowledge of recruitment processes and applicable labor laws.
\n\tStrong communication and negotiation skills.
\n\tAbility to work in dynamic environments and meet objectives.
\n\tAdvanced English level (mandatory).
\n\tProficiency with digital recruitment tools and job platforms.
\n\tResults-oriented, organized, and empathetic when dealing with candidates and internal clients.<\/p>\n
