Backend Architecture & Engineering<\/p>\n
\tDesign, build, and maintain a .NET 8.0 \/ C# backend using Clean Architecture and DDD principles
\n\tOwn the architecture and codebase across 14+ independently deployed microservices
\n\tDeliver new features, refactor existing systems, and resolve performance bottlenecks<\/p>\n
AI Systems & LLM Orchestration<\/p>\n
\tDesign and operate production-grade AI pipelines across multiple LLM providers
\n\tOptimize prompts and workflows for batch processing, personalization, and segmentation at scale
\n\tManage rate limits, failover strategies, and cost optimization across AI providers<\/p>\n
Databases & Data Infrastructure<\/p>\n
\tManage MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB in production environments
\n\tOversee bulk writes, caching strategies, event streams, and analytics pipelines
\n\tEnsure data consistency and performance across distributed services<\/p>\n
Infrastructure, Reliability & Monitoring<\/p>\n
\tOwn Linux-based infrastructure, CI\/CD pipelines, and service deployments
\n\tImplement centralized logging, monitoring, alerting, and uptime tracking
\n\tProactively identify and mitigate reliability and scalability risks<\/p>\n
API Integrations & System Resilience<\/p>\n
\tManage 25+ third-party API integrations used in production
\n\tDesign retry, fallback, and graceful degradation strategies
\n\tEnsure system stability when external providers fail or degrade<\/p>\n
Team Leadership & Engineering Standards<\/p>\n
\tLead and mentor a small engineering team through code reviews and architectural guidance
\n\tSet and enforce engineering standards, workflows, and best practices
\n\tCollaborate closely with the founder on product direction and technical strategy<\/p>\n

Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n
\tDeep expertise in .NET 8.0, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
\n\tExperience with distributed systems and independently deployed services
\n\tStrong production experience with MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB
\n\tHands-on DevOps experience with Linux servers and CI\/CD pipelines
\n\tExperience managing large numbers of third-party API integrations
\n\tProven experience building and operating AI\/LLM systems at scale
\n\tFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
\n\tStrong understanding of monitoring, observability, and incident prevention
\n\tExperience leading small engineering teams
\n\tStrong English communication skills<\/p>\n
