\tAnalyse marketplace behaviour to uncover insights that improve supplier and buyer conversion
\n\tInterpret pharma datasets (tenders, pricing, product lists, supplier catalogues, demand signals) to identify commercial opportunities
\n\tBuild dashboards that answer strategic questions rather than simply visualise data
\n\tProduce clear recommendations and commercial narratives based on your analysis
\n\tSupport customer-facing teams with insight packs demonstrating platform usage and value<\/p>\n
Commercial Performance & Growth Enablement<\/p>\n
\tDiagnose conversion bottlenecks across the commercial funnel
\n\tIdentify mismatches between supply and demand and propose commercial interventions
\n\tDrive alignment between Commercial and Tech on which insights matter and why
\n\tHelp shape how Axmed uses data to prioritise activities and refine its marketplace strategy<\/p>\n
BI Ownership<\/p>\n
\tOwn and manage our BI workspace (MetaBase preferred)
\n\tEnsure dashboards are accurate, intuitive, and easy for the Commercial team to self-serve
\n\tExtract data using SQL and Python when needed (not infrastructure building)
\n\tSource and integrate new pharma-related data sources to strengthen our market understanding<\/p>\n
Corperate Enablement & Enterprise Intelligence<\/p>\n
\tEnable enterprise-level decision-making by transforming commercial, marketplace, and ecosystem data into clear, decision-ready insights for the CEO and senior leadership.
\n\tContribute to building Axmed\u2019s enterprise intelligence layer by supporting shared BI assets, insight packs, and analytical narratives used across the company.
\n\tHelp align teams around what matters most by translating data into prioritisation signals that inform strategy, execution focus, and resource allocation.
\n\tSupport the CEO Office with insight briefs, performance readouts, and strategic analyses that increase decision speed, confidence, and coherence.<\/p>\n
Cross-Functional Communication & Insight Translation<\/p>\n
\tServe as the bridge between Tech (data pipelines) and Commercial teams
\n\tConvert technical datasets into simple, commercially meaningful insights
\n\tHighlight trends and anomalies with clear implications for growth and strategy<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t2\u20133 years in pharma, global health, healthcare, or a related commercial insights role
\n\tStrong understanding of pharma market dynamics, supplier\/buyer behaviour, or procurement processes
\n\tAbility to interpret and communicate data through a commercial and strategic lens
\n\tExperience researching and integrating external market data sources
\n\tEffective communication with non-technical teams
\n\tAutonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving Series A environment
\n\tProficiency with BI tools (Metabase preferred)
\n\tSQL for slicing and querying data
\n\tPython for data manipulation and blending multiple datasets
\n\tExperience cleaning, transforming, and structuring datasets
\n\tAbility to derive statistical insights from information-rich datasets
\n\tAbility to work with pharma datasets (tenders, pricing, catalogues, supplier data)<\/p>\n
