Roles & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEnsure proper visibility and availability of d.light products in the territory assigned.
\n\tProvide reports as required, give feedback on market intelligence and competition.
\n\tEnsure timely and proper execution of sales activities within the designated territory.
\n\tAchievement of defines targets (sales in & out, merchandising, outlet growth, customer satisfaction, outlet stockholding, sales per outlet, journey planning).
\n\tEnsure recruited outlets meet the defines criteria.
\n\tManage and co-ordinate Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) within assigned locations.
\n\tJourney planning for self and for Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) \u2013 ensuring that movement within designated geographies is planned for optimal time & cost efficiency.
\n\tManage business relationships with outlets in designated territory to ensure stock availability at all times and in the desired quantities.
\n\tEnsure adequate stock of Point of Sale materials and enforcement of in-store merchandising.
\n\tTrain outlet owners\/ managers on d.light products, selling tools, Point of Sale materials and warranty handling.
\n\tProvide learning and improvement feedback on the execution plan to the Regional Business Manager.
\n\tCo-ordinate Regional Outlet activities i.e. make orders for them, ensure the Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) work to move stock out for re-order.
\n\tAnalyze competitor activities in the region and assess opportunities for business development.<\/p>\n
KPIs<\/p>\n
\tDeliver within the set sales targets (monthly and quarterly) on PAYGO and Portable portfolio.
\n\tOptimized active sales head count.<\/p>\n

Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Sales, Business Management, or a related field. Previous experience working as a Territory Sales Manager.
\n\tRelevant industry background in a related industry with 4-5 years of sales experience will be an added advantage.
\n\tExperience working in a rapid sales growth environment.
\n\tProven track record of hitting and exceeding targets and building partnerships.
\n\tExcellent people skills.
\n\tAn ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
\n\tDemonstrate problem solving capability \u2013 ability to create win-win situations while deriving desired numbers and outcomes.
\n\tWillingness to spend an average of 4 days a week in the field.
\n\tA valid Kenya Driving License.
\n\tStrong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality.
